Hiring Elle Artistry was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! They were the fastest communicator out of all of our vendors and clearly communicated pricing, which I appreciated. Michelle (owner) was great to talk with throughout the entire process and was even better during my trial and the wedding day. We had Michelle for hair and Celeste for makeup, and it felt like my bridesmaids and I were getting ready with our friends! Our hair and makeup lasted all day and looked just as good at the end of the night as it did in the morning. Michelle even went above and beyond when we had someone in our wedding party decide they wanted to get their makeup done last minute. Instead of saying no since, she made it work for us since we were a little ahead of schedule. 100% hire Elle Artistry!

Description text goes hereI hired Elle Artistry for my wedding hair and makeup for my 7/24/21 wedding, and I'm so glad I did! From the start Michelle was so easy to communicate with and organized. She promptly responded to all emails and answered all my questions. She was super easy to work with when we had to reschedule our wedding due to covid. Michelle and her team did an amazing job on me and my 11 bridesmaids hair and makeup. Everyone looked beautiful! Michelle and her team were able to complete all 12 of our hair and makeup perfectly on time with time left to spare for touch ups. It was in the 90's with 75% humidity on our wedding day, and my hair and makeup lasted through 3 hours of photos outside. I would recommend Elle Artistry to anyone needing hair and makeup for their wedding!

I appreciated the team coming to my house for my trial as well. I felt the team truly wanted me to look and feel my best on my wedding day! The day of everyone was on time and even brought their own set up with chairs which helped alleviate any stress. The environment on the wedding day was both fun and professional. You can tell these ladies are experts in the wedding hair and make up field. I am still in awe of how amazing my make up and hair looked! And stayed ALL night! Truly incredible and top notch! ALEXANDRA - Makeup Artist
Alexandra is a Chicago based makeup artist with a focus in beauty and bridal makeup applications. Her style of work is best described as "clean:" no brow hair, eyelash or lip line is out of place. Flawless complexion, perfectly sculpted brows and cheekbones and crisp, clean eyeliner are her signatures. She fell in love with bridal work after seeing expressions of pure joy on her clients faces after transforming them into the best version of themselves. Alexandra has had a passion for all things beauty from a young age and decided to make it a career by becoming a certified professional. Alexandra likes to travel, spends her free time biking and enjoys spoiling her two adopted pit bulls.
CHRISTINE - Hair Stylist
Christine’s Bridal Style Can be described as Boho and Elegant. She loves creating looks that are timeless and classic. Hollywood glam waves will always be a favorite! As a little girl, Christine new she wanted to be a hair dresser. She had an opportunity to learn bridal hair from some amazing mentors and has never looked back! She quickly fell in love. Her favorite aspect of being a bridal stylist is being apart of such a special moment. She loves working together with the bride to create a look that makes them feel like their very best self so they can have their dream wedding day. In her free time, Christine loves hiking and running around the city with her husband and Dolly. She was also a 2022 Bride herself!
VAL - Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist
Val has been a hair and makeup enthusiast since she was a little girl. She has 10 years of experience in the beauty industry through freelance and retail work and started doing bridal makeup in 2013. Her personal style is full on GLAM. She believes no look is complete without a set of perfectly placed lashes to open the eyes and make them sparkle! Whether you are use to wearing a full face of makeup daily or no makeup at all, she’s confident that she can find the perfect, glamorous look that enhances your natural beauty. She remembers how at ease and comfortable she felt with her glam team on her wedding day and cannot wait to provide the same feeling for her brides and their bridal parties – She loves being part of such a memorable day and loves the feeling of knowing that she made them feel as beautiful as can be! When she’s not doing hair or makeup, she’s up before dawn enjoying a cup of coffee (or two), reading, and snuggling with her fur baby. Spending quality time with friends and family is always a top priority for Val!
JAMIE - Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist
Jamie’s style can be described as soft, and seamless; making skin look like it should be, soft with a glow. When it comes to hair, her style could be described as romantic.Her favorite thing about working in bridal is the fact that she gets to be a part of someones special day and gets to make them feel like the best version of themselves, including the gorgeous bridal party. The smile the bride gives after looking in the mirror once everything is put together makes her even happier. From a young age, she knew she had a creative side, always braiding her doll’s hair and trying her mom’s makeup. She went to cosmetology school while attending high school and perfected her love for hair, then she decided to attend Makeup First in the city of Chicago to pursue her love for makeup. When she isn’t doing makeup or hair, you can find her cuddling her fur babies, enjoying the outdoors, or going to car meets.
JENNIFER - Makeup Artist
Jennifer favors a softer style of makeup. She believes makeup should enhance the beauty you already have, not hide it! She wants to accent her clients best features, while still being able to recognize themselves in the mirror. Jennifer's favorite thing about working in bridal is seeing the growing excitement and confidence of the bride as their whole look comes together. She feels it is an honor to be a part of a day they will remember forever. For as much as Jennifer loved playing sports growing up, she loved playing with hairstyles and makeup just as much. In 2015, she received her state approved makeup artist certification from Make Up First School of Makeup Artistry. When she's not doing makeup, Jennifer can be found dancing, adventuring in the great outdoors or hanging out with her dog!
MACKENZIE - Makeup Artist
Mackenzie’s favorite style of makeup is soft glam. She loves to enhance natural beauty and make her clients feel like the best versions of themselves. Mackenzie’s love for makeup began when she was in middle school, when her mom would help with her stage makeup for the plays she was in. What she loves most about being a bridal artist is being the most relaxing part of the bride’s big day, and the look of confidence on her clients’ faces when they leave her chair. In her free time she chases around her 1-year-old son, Cooper, and goes for long runs with her dog Lucy
ROSE - Makeup Artist
Rose started her makeup venture at Makeup First in 2014. Working primarily in TV/Film makeup she started bridal makeup the beginning of 2019, her natural work has impressed many clients who tend to be more shy toward makeup but for those who would like more drama, Rose can cater to them as well! Rose got into makeup in 2011 watching a brush tutorial from Makeup Geek on YouTube! In her spare time she loves to read, sit with her crystals, play with her dog and play video games!
JASMINE - Makeup Artist
Jasmin’s bridal style can be describe as a “glow from within.” Her artistry is centered around creating a luminous complexion paired perfectly with a soft glam eye. Jasmin's journey into the world of makeup began with her practicing makeup techniques on herself. She then went on to become a certified makeup artist by attending Make Up First® School of Makeup Artistry. Jasmin’s favorite thing about being a bridal makeup artist is seeing the bride’s friends and family all come together to celebrate the special day. When Jasmn isn’t working with her brides, she enjoys doing theatrical makeup.
SARA - Hair Stylist
Sara Steele has always wanted to be a cosmetologist since She could remember, this dream started when she was about five years old then became a reality about three years ago. After graduating high school at Manteno, she then completed her schooling at Paul Mitchell the school of Bradley. She fell in love with the beauty industry because she loves socializing, meeting new people, and making everyone feel beautiful! She has been doing color, cuts, and bridal work since day one! Her personal favorite is working with brides on their big day and feeling like a small part of a forever memory! Her favorite styles to do are very soft and romantic looks. One fun fact about Sara is she comes from a very large family. Her Mom and Dad had four kids in four years. Everyone is now married or in a relationship with dogs and one grandkid! Personally, Sara got married February of 2020 and now has a beautiful golden doodle puppy! She is looking forward to meeting lots of new stunning brides!
ALY - Hair Stylist
Aly believes that your wedding day should be a day to enjoy and never forget. Her style can be described as romantic with a bohemian twist. She loves recreating soft, timeless looks that enhance every bride’s natural features. Aly’s specialties include lived-in, effortless styling and custom hand-tied extensions. Aly first fell in love with the bridal industry when she received her cosmetology license in high school and started working on her first bridal team at the age of 17. Over the years, her passion has grown, and she prides herself on her punctuality and communication skills. She is committed to exceeding her guest’s expectations! When Aly is not behind the chair, you will find her in the kitchen exploring her latest Vegan cookbook, binging on Netflix originals with her Toy Poodle Mix, Riley, or expanding her techniques on the latest trends. Aly is so excited to connect with the all the brides and their bridal party to share her innovative and unique styles for 2022/23!
CELESTE - Hair Stylist
Celeste has been in the beauty industry for almost 14 years, right out of high school she began working at a salon as a shampoo girl, from there she found her passion. Celeste initially worked behind the chair doing haircuts and color until about 6 years ago when she realized that blowouts/formal styling/bridal is where she excelled and felt the most creative. Celeste specializes in soft romantic updos with lots of texture, volume, and bounce (and she’s never met a braid she didn’t like)! Celeste truly loves everything about making a bride and her best girls feel special and beautiful on their special day.
ISABEL - Hair Stylist
Isabel has been doing hair since she cut her twins sisters hair at age 3! She took an interest in bridal hair ever since she graduated Pivot Point cosmetology school in 2014. She loves learning new styles and keeping up with today’s trends. But her favorite bridal style is something romantic or textured with braids. Isabel loves bridal hair because she loves seeing the look on her brides faces when she achieves the look they visioned. Making people feel their very best on such a special day makes her feel accomplished and proud. If she isn’t doing bridal hair, you can find Isabel relaxing by the pool with her 2 year old or traveling!”
NINI - Makeup Artist
Nini loves applying natural, youthful makeup with a soft emphasis on the eyes. She believes there’s nothing more delightful than witnessing the wedding party’s radiating excitement as the ceremony draws closer. Especially hearing the bridesmaid’s enthusiastic reactions as each person comes back from the glam team! Before bridal makeup, Nini was always an artist and took a liking to ceramics, specifically painting faces on pottery. She began finding similarities between her ceramic art style and longtime fascination with makeup, which lead her to attend Make Up First School, where she met Michelle! Aside from creative outlets, Nini spends her free time relaxing at home. Often she’s playing board games with her cousins, falling asleep on the couch with her dog Archie, or watching her axolotl Fella swim around his aquarium!.
DARLENA - HAIR STYLIST & MAKEUP ARTIST
Darlena would describe her style of bridal hair and makeup as timeless elegance. Simplicity is key with Darlena, and believes the makeup and hair should only accentuate the bride’s beauty from within. She understands that this day will be a day that will be looked back upon for years to come. Therefore it is key to have a look that not only looks amazing the day of but ages gracefully over time. Darlena’s early fond appreciation for all of the craftsmanship that goes into a wedding day is what drew her in all these years ago. Having a creative outlet and being part of a moving machine is what has kept her in the industry after all these years. When not at work Darlena loves to explore any opportunity she gets. From taking a stroll in the forest to walking a busy neighborhood in downtown. There is no shortage of inspiration that Darlena draws from the world around her. Darlena is looking forward to working with you on your big day and helping you bring your image to life.
CARYN - Makeup Artist
Caryn is a lover of all things beauty. At a young age, she was heavily interested in everything and anything to do with hair and makeup. While in her early twenties, she used makeup and body painting as a way to cope with some hardships she was experiencing in her life. She started with an interest in special effects, but she did one bridal party and fell in love with bridal makeup. She loves a good balance of glam and spooky. Being able to do both give her the fulfillment to do what she loves. Every bridal party is different and she love experiencing all the different scenery and people, but most of all, she loves seeing all the love the client is surrounded by one such a special day. Her style of makeup can best be described as comfortable. She wants to make sure clients feels comfortable and confident in the look they are wearing. In her spare time, she still likes to be creative and loves to crochet and spend time with her adult puppy, Goose.
CIARRA - Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist
Ciarra describes her style as effortless elegance. She has 6 years of experience providing hair and makeup services to clients in hair salons, bridal companies, and continuing education classes. Ciarra has always had a passion for beauty. When she was a little girl, she would often get caught cutting hair she wasn’t supposed to or adding lipstick to anything she could get a hold of. Her favorite thing about working in the bridal industry specifically is seeing her makeup ideas come to life! She loves highlighting her client’s favorite features and glamming them up so they can feel as beautiful as they already are. It is most rewarding to her to see the smile on a client’s face as they walk away from her chair with joy and confidence. In her spare time, Ciarra enjoys creating TikToks to showcase her work, organizing her space, catching up on sleep, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
SAM - Hair Stylist
Samantha’s passion for doing hair started at a young age - styling specifically became her favorite in high school when she would do her friends’ hair for homecoming and prom. That is a big part of what motivated her to go to cosmetology school and eventually onto becoming a bridal artist. She loves doing any type of braiding, beachy waves, and/or soft, romantic up styles. Being a part of a bride’s big day and getting to see how excited and beautiful everyone feels by the end of the glamifying is what makes this job so rewarding. During the week, Samantha also does hair color & cuts, but when she’s not doing hair you can usually find her hanging out with family & friends.
BRITTANY - Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist
Brittany is a mother of two and a passionate hairstylist and makeup artist. Her journey into the world of beauty started at a young age. With a childhood filled with dreams of glamorous transformations, Brittany wasted no time pursuing her passion after high school, diving straight into cosmetology school. After 5 years of working in salons she decided to focus and specialize in the art of bridal beauty. Brittany’s favorite bridal hair style is a textured, undone low updo. Her favorite bridal makeup look, champagne sparkle eye with a little bit of smoke and a flawless complexion. Fun fact about Brittany, she loves cooking and baking!
